STRATEGIC PLAN 2050
Te Pae Tawhiti is the 30-year strategic vision developed by the trustees of Te Tāwharau o Ngāti Pūkenga to guide the growth, wellbeing and aspirations of the iwi over the long term. It was shaped through consultation with whānau and confirmed by trustees in 2020, following initial development in 2019, to ensure it reflects the collective hopes, values and priorities of Ngāti Pūkenga uri. At its heart, Te Pae Tawhiti expresses the vision that Ngāti Pūkenga uri are proud to affiliate with their iwi, strong and flourishing with secure identity and mana, supported by a framework of strategic objectives that will carry the iwi forward into 2050
